Metal finishing

Finishing Matching
We currently have a wide range of finishes, however we can arrange to have finishing samples matched as close as possible to that of a sample provided.

Surface Finishes
Whatever your requirements on any given fabrications or components we are able to offer you a wide range of quality finishes for you to choose from.

Bright Polished Finish
Polished Bright/ Mirror Finish
Different compounds are used during the polishing process on the mops to gradually bring the metal to a mirror finish. The final stage is with a compound called 'Rouge' (given its red colour) and this brings the the highest quality finish possible.

Satin Finish
Fine/ Coarse Scratch Effect
Applied for creating an even consistent scratch effect onto the metal after it has been polished. A very 'modern look' appearance.

Different scratch effects can be established using different abrasive mops/ belts/ cloths and application pressures.

Matt Finish
Fine/ Coarse Frosted Matt Textured Effect
Using a Bead Blasting method, it can be used safely for texturing or producing attractive cosmetic finishes, without damaging the base material.

Being totally inert, there is no risk of corrosion or any contamination whatsoever. Unless excessive blasting occurs, there is no alteration in the dimensions of the treated surfaces.

Lacquering
Spray Lacquering Coating Finish
Coating the metal surface using a lacquer ensures a protection from oxidising and the metal finish.

An enclosed dust proof spray booth on site is used to ensure the highest quality Lacquering possible.

Oxidising
Increasing the Oxidisation Process on a Metal Surface
Certain metals under normal atmospheric conditions can over time oxidise. i.e, Brass, Silver, and Copper.

A process can be applied where the metal surface can be deliberately oxidised instantly, giving a very 'aged' appearance, and not damaging the metal.
